Principal’s Message

Er. Chain Singh Rana (Principal)

Economic growth and the development of a nation are driven not only by physical resources and technical infrastructure but, more importantly, by its human capital. Skilled and qualified manpower is essential for efficiently utilizing technologies, fostering productivity, and driving progress. In this context, the role of Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) becomes indispensable.

At ITI Harchakian, we understand that the middle-level skilled workforce forms the backbone of various industries, and through our programs, we aim to shape future craftsmen equipped with trade-specific expertise. The Craftsman Training Scheme (CTS) at our institute ensures that students receive vocational training that aligns with industry standards, preparing them for real-world challenges.

Our mission is not just to provide training but to empower young minds with job-oriented skills and entrepreneurial capabilities. We believe in fostering a workforce that is prepared to meet the needs of industries and to take the lead in creating self-employment opportunities. The rapid technological advancements demand continuous learning, upgradation of skills, and multi-skilling, which is a core aspect of our training approach.

We acknowledge the need for strong industry-institute partnerships to bridge the skill gap and ensure that our students are job-ready. Through collaboration with industries, we strive to align our training programs with the evolving demands of the job market.

At ITI Harchakian, our goal is to provide education that not only improves the employability of youth but also contributes to the growth of the nation. We are committed to nurturing a new generation of skilled professionals who will drive innovation, contribute to economic development, and shape a better future for all.
